On 21.05.2009 in the presence of the mayor of Varna - Kiril Yordanov we opened a new sports hall at the "Otec Paisii" school. The hall can be used for basketball, volleyball, football, fitness and many more thanks to the wide variety of equipment and sports gear.

On 16.04.2009 was opened the new wing of the primary school "Panayot Volov" in Vinitsa - Varna. Attended by Mayor Kiril Yordanov, the chairman of the municipal council - Borislav Gutsanov, deputy mayors, representatives from the Education Directorate and many guests. The new building has six classrooms, a computer kabitnet, acts hall and three offices.

On the 23.02.2009 was first dig of the the second wing of the Varna Oncology. The manager of Vessela Ltd. - Tihomir Dimitrov, the mayor of Varna - Kiril Yordanov, the chairman of the municipal council - Borislav Gutsanov and the manager of the Oncology- Gospodin Ignatov attented at the event. After completion the new wing will have over 150 beds and will make the Varna Oncology the most advanced center for treating cancer on the Balkans.
